31 Day Challenge 2015 - Day 29 - Blue Base

I've created quite a few looks with a dark blue base so I thought I would use a light blue base for this prompt.

I started with a base of Barry M Silk  Mist.  Over this I painted 17 Silver Holo.  I decided not to add a topcoat over this to keep the contrast of matte and shiny polish.
