Little Night Flower

This week for 40 great nail art ideas I have the prompt pastels with swirls.  I will admit to redoing this look about 4 or 5 times before deciding on this one.  It was quite a hard challenging settling on just one thing for this prompt.  I also had some major nail breaks so I don't have much space to work with at the moment. I took a less is more approach to the use of the chosen polishes for day 3 of this month's tri-polish challenge. My chosen polishes for this month are: Red - OPI - Quarter of a Cent-Cherry Pink - OPI - Suzi & The Lifeguard Purple - Barry M - Gelly - Prickly Pear I was going to use this one for day 4 but another idea jumped into my head which I had to try out which made the cut for day 4.  More details on this look and my original day 3 look after the break

When it comes to painting my nails my co-ordination leaves a lot to be desired so I thought I would have a go at stamping to add some interesting designs over the colour. This is my first attempt: I used Rimmel Lasting Finish 198 Azure as the base with Barry M Silver Foil stamped over the top using a design from Gals image plate GA29.
