June Tri Polish Challenge Day 3
I took a less is more approach to the use of the chosen polishes for day 3 of this month's tri-polish challenge.
Red - OPI - Quarter of a Cent-Cherry
Pink - OPI - Suzi & The Lifeguard
Purple - Barry M - Gelly - Prickly Pear
I started with a base of Nina French White a great polish which was opaque in 2 coats. The butterflies were added using a dotting tool and the detail was added with black acrylic paint and a few swirls of silver acrylic paint. I think my swirls need a bit of work, but I really like the basic idea behind this look.
I was originally going to post this look for day 3:
My chosen polishes for this month are:

Pink - OPI - Suzi & The Lifeguard
Purple - Barry M - Gelly - Prickly Pear
I was going to use this one for day 4 but another idea jumped into my head which I had to try out which made the cut for day 4. More details on this look and my original day 3 look after the break

This is a fairly simple pink base with purple dots and red stamping on top using Konad plate m22. I thought I would share it anyway as I'm really pleased with how well Quarter of a Cent-cherry worked as a stamping polish.
You will have to wait until Thursday to see the mani which bumped this from the main tri-polish line up.
In the meantime you can check out the great designs the other girls have created for day 3 by clicking on a picture below:
Great job! Can't wait until Thursday! :)
