31 Day Challenge - Day 7 - Black and White

Here's a little something for the weekend.  Day 7 of the 31 Day Challenge calls for black and white nails and I came up with this mani.

The base is 2 coats of China Glaze Liquid Leather.  This is a fantastic shiny black, a really versatile polish.  The white stripe was painted using a white nail art striper brush/pen from Claire's.  I used my smallest dotting tool to add the white dots with acrylic paint and a small nail art brush and to add the design with black acrylic paint.  I covered everything in a coat of Nina Super Dry Top Coat.  

After spending ages trying to do spirals on my thumb nail (and failing dismally) I decided to try other designs on my other nails.  I think the mixture of patterns works quite well.
