31 Day Challenge Day 29 Inspired by the Supernatural

I took my inspiration for today's challenge from The Crow.

I used two coats of Nina French white for the base and China Glaze Adventure Red-y for the blood drip.  The detail is painted on with black acrylic paint and a fine detail brush.  All the nails were finished off with a coat of Nina Super Dry Top Coat.
